Youngkin Signs Nearly 740 Bipartisan Bills into Law

The final count is in and Governor Glenn Youngkin signed into law nearly 740 bills passed by the General Assembly. Youngkin made amendments to 78 bills, and vetoed three bills. Youngkin had until 11:59 p.m. on Monday to sign, veto or amend the bills the GA passed. Lawmakers return to Richmond on April 12 to vote on the governor’s vetoes and amendments to bills.
