A Westmoreland County woman starts a campaign to bring back Northern Neck Ginger Ale. According to 8 News the Coca-Cola Company discontinued the product when the pandemic started. Coca-Cola has owned the brand for the last 21 years. A petition is being circulated to get production resumed. There is a Facebook group dedicated to the nearly-century-old product with participants showing off product they’ve collected and swapping stories about the beverage some called a medicinal option like chicken noodle soup.
