The crash occurred on Saturday, Feb. 26 at approximately 9:24 a.m. on Route 661/Rangtang Road, south of Burke View Drive.
According to VSP, 29-year-old Stephanie Lee Justice of 10700 block of Hornets Nest Road in Gloucester was traveling on Route 661 in a 2008 Toyota 4Runner when she lost control of the vehicle, ran off the roadway and struck a tree, causing the vehicle to overturn and partially eject the driver.
Justice was not wearing her seatbelt at the time of the crash, VSP stated.
