White Stone Proposes Small Business Grant FundThe White Stone Town Council is proposing the creation of a small business grant fund as part of its 2024 budget. According to the Rappahannock Record the grants will be funded by a proposed $2,000 contribution originally allocated to the Triangle Trolley Program. The trolley is not running due to a lack of drivers. A second reading and public hearing on its proposed budget is on June 1.
