Westmoreland County’s HHW Event Is Saturday

Westmoreland County’s Household Hazardous Waste spring collection will take place on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the A.T. Johnson Human Services Building, on Kings Highway in Montross. According tio the Rappahannock Record Westmoreland County residents and property owners are asked to bring old household chemicals and spent florescent and compact flourescent bulbs to the event. Disposal of the first 100 pounds of waste is free.
