Warsaw Developer Proposes New Housing Project

A developer is proposing a 63-acre housing project in Warsaw and is seeking rezoning for the development. According to News on the Neck the project will stretch from near Southern States and run behind the current businesses and homes on Rt. 360 heading toward The Bounds. The project will have 38 large and 90 small single-family homes, as well as 73 villas. The Town Council will need to approve the rezoning.
