Officials are breaking ground for the Wallops Research Park on Virginia’s Eastern Shore.
Gov. Terry McAuliffe and other state, federal and local officials are participating in a groundbreaking ceremony for the research park, which makes up 226-acres adjacent to NASA’s Wallops Island Flight Facility. It will serve companies engaged in the aerospace and defense industries.
