The Northern Neck Chapter of Virginia Master Naturalists and Belle Isle State Park holds its monthly “Walk on the Wild Side” nature stroll from 9-11 a.m. on Thursday. According to the Southside Sentinel the theme is “Habitats, Migration, and History.” The stroll will highlight some of the rich history of the Belle Isle lands which date from the 1750s. Participants will meet at the park’s Camp Store. Registration is requested.
