Urbanna Working On Expanding Acreage

The Middlesex County Board of Supervisors approves the town of Urbanna’s request for a “land boundary adjustment” to annex parcels totalling 26 acres Virginia Street, Waverley Road and Red Hill Drive.. The Southside Sentinel reports the board directed the county attorney to work with the town on drafting the agreement. The area includes the location where the town relocated its offices. Expanding the boundary would put the town’s water tower and new well site in the town limits.
