Urbanna Looks To Tighten STR Regulations

The Urbanna Town Council is considering revisions to its short-term rental ordinance. According to the Southside Sentinel there’s currently 11 renters and in March letters were sent to 6 of them who are not following regulations. One suggested change is limiting the town to no more than 12 rentals. The town attorney and treasurer will look at regulations in other municipalities to come up with a list of possible changes.
