Urbanna Considering Changes To Tall Grass And Junk Ordinances

The Urbanna Town Council is looking at changing the existing tall grass and junk ordinances so they can be easier to enforce. According to the Southside Sentinel one of thew changes lawmakers are considering is adding the term “clutter” as a nuisance category. The Council will need to conduct a public hearing before it can change any ordinance. A discussion on changes could happen at next week’s town council meeting.
