Turner Wins KVFD Carnival Grand Prize

It’s been a great year for Kilmarnock resident Valerie Turner when it comes to winning big prizes. Earlier this year Turner won $20,000 from Publishers Clearing House and now the Rappahannock Record reports Turner was the grand prize winner at this year’s Kilmarnock Volunteer Fire Department carnival. Turner was handed the keys to a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 4×4 Crew Cap pickup truck. Turner also won a few games of Bingo at the fair.
