Plans to construct an amphitheater at The Bounds in Warsaw are now on hold. According to News on the Neck the town council decided to take the American Rescue Plan Act money set aside for the amphitheater’s construction and use it instead to address existing needs including installing lighting and addressing soil and wastewater issues. The Bounds officially opened last month and work to install a 3rd fountain is in the works along with paving the Route 360 parking lot.
