Strong Named Chesapeake Bay Governor’s School Director

Dr. Jason Strong is named as director of the Chesapeake Bay Governor’s School, effective July 1. According to the Rappahannock Record Dr. Strong served for the past 11 years in administration in Richmond County Public Schools. He arrived in the Northern Neck in the summer of 2003 to become a 10th grade English teacher at Rappahannock High School and that led to teaching other grades along with coaching four sports, sponsoring the middle school yearbook and starting a school newspaper.
