Governor Glen Young can announced $52 million in affordable and special needs housing loans for 49 projects across the Commonwealth. The recommended projects will create and preserve more than 3200 total units for low income and extremely low income households, including 337 permanent supporting housing units, 3100 rental units and almost 100 units for sale as homeownership.
