Second Lawsuit Filed Over Virginia Tipline

Another lawsuit is filed over Virginia’s tip line created for parents to report if critical race theory and other so-called “inherently divisive concepts” were being discussed in their child’s school. The group American Oversight and law firm Ballard Spahr are seeking the release of data related to the tip line and what was done in response to tips. The tip line was created by an executive order from Gov. Glenn Youngkin.
