Richmond County is again conducting its “County Bucks” program. Each household can claim a $50 book which can be used at participating merchants. Proof of Richmond County or Town of Warsaw residency is required. Books will be handed out November 14 and 21 at the Public Meeting Room in Warsaw from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. The coupons can be used through January 7.
