Richmond County Intersection Project Starts July 6

Get ready for delays at the Richmond Road intersection with Rich Neck Road/Mulberry Road in Richmond County as a construction project starts tomorrow. It will extend turn lanes from a short taper area to a full 200-foot-long lane. Work will be completed by November 15. Message boards will alert travelers to construction activity and temporary traffic patterns near the intersection. According to the DOT crews will work to avoid lane closures during commute times.
