The Richmond County Board of Supervisors delays action on proposed changes to the outdoor festival ordinance. News on the Neck reports the move came following a public hearing where one attendee described the changes as an “anti-business, anti-tourism” position to residents and outsiders alike adding the lowering the attendance requirement for a permit from 250 to 100 people “is particularly burdensome and misdirected”. The Board wil consider the changes when it meets on Thursday and there will be a public comment session.
