The Northumberland County Board of Supervisors approves new voting district maps that were drawn following the 2020 Census results. According to the Rappahannock Record the board met in a special session after initially rejecting the map submitted by a 3-person committee which its members determined had the least number of district modifications. The Virginia Attorney General’s Office will now need to approve the new districts.
