NNMG Makes Donations To Warsaw Food Bank

The Northern Neck Master Gardeners announced that over 430 pounds of food from one of its Demonstration Gardens has been donated so far this year to the Healthy Harvest Food Bank in Warsaw. The garden is located at the Northern Neck Farm Museum on Northumberland Highway east of Heathsville and produces a variety of vegetables and fruits. The food is delivered weekly during growing season. Master gardener volunteers work at the garden every Tuesday morning from spring through the fall and visitors are welcome.
