The new ROTC, STEM and athletic building for Northumberland Schools is nearing completion. Superintendent Dr. Holly Wargo said this week that by the end of this month they should be 95% complete. Connemara Construction is putting the finishing touches on the building, which includes the HVAC work. There will be an open house event, planned soon as well, but an exact date for that is not yet set.
