The Middlesex Volunteer Fire Department’s annual all-you-care-to-eat oyster roast and dinner is set for 5-7 p.m. Saturday, March 4, at the firehouse on Virginia St. According to the Southside Sentinel the meal will feature fried and roasted oysters and oyster stew. String beans, potatoes and hot dogs will also be on the menu. The cost is $24 per person for adults and free for children 12 and younger in age.
