The Middlesex County Board of Supervisors is asked to expand neighborhood participation on the Hummel Field airport committee in Topping. According to the Southside Sentinel the request was made during the public comment period at the Aug. 2 board meeting. The committee currently has 7 members with one being an individual who lives in the airport neighborhood. The boasrd didn’t act on the request at that meeting but may take action in the future.
