Missing Cane Returned To Colonel Barney Barnum

The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office held a ceremony on Wednesday to reunite Colonel Barney Barnum with his missing cane. The cane was misplaced at the Kilmarnock DMV last month. Sheriff’s department investigators Lt. Tim Self and Johnny Smithart recovered the cane and retired Marine Major General Ennius presented the cane to Colonel Barnum at the ceremony. It was a gift to the Colonel fom General James Conway who was the former Commandant of the Marine Corps.
