According to a report in the Gazette Journal, it is is adopted, the ordinance would cover basic things like a valid health permit, state fire marshal permit, and consent of the property owner for operation. The ordinance would not however, apply to the operation of food trucks in conjunction with a special event or to food trucks operating at privately catered events that are not serving the general public.
