Lancaster Man Convicted Of Gun Possession By A Felon

A man from Lancaster is found guilty of being as felon in possession of a firearm. The Rappahannock Record reports a jury convicted David Marquette Green on the charge from a July 2021 incident where Green called police to report an intruder at his home. Officers didn’t find any intruder but guns were found in Green’s house. The judge sentenced Green immediately following the verdict to a mandatory minimum of five years in jail.
