Lancaster County Sued Over Board Denying Solar Permit

The Lancaster County Board of Supervisors is being sued by a solar power plan developer whose project proposal off Mary Ball Road was rejected, According to the Rappahannock Record the suit brought by Consumer Power Group says the Board approved a similar sized project near their proposed location last September and seeks to have the Board’s decision reversed. A court date has not been set.
