Lancaster County Planning Commission Recommends Approving Rezoning For Seafood Company

A planned seafood operation on Harper’s Creek Drive in the Palmer area moves a step closer to approval after the Lancaster County planning commission voted to recommend the board of supervisors rezone two parcels. According to the Rappahannock Record the commission voted to recommend the rezoning back in May but county administrator Don Gill determined the request was incomplete since it did not have a plan of development as part of the application.
