Lancaster County Now Allows Taller Buildings

Lancaster County will allow bigger and taller buildings now that the Board of Supervisors agreed unanimously to allow a modified zoning classification. According to News on the Neck the Board will now consider exceptions to the C-2 zoning limit of 4,000 square feet rather than change the zoning. Concurrently the Board agreed to consider special exceptions to that zoning’s 24-foot-tall building limit. The goal is to reduce the number of zoning change requests from developers.
