Lancaster County BOS Approves Tides Inn Employee Housing Project

The Lancaster County Board of Supervisors approved a special exception request from the Tides Inn to build employee boarding houses off of Weems Road near Gaskins Road. According to the Rappahannock Record the 12 two-story buildings would be built on six half-acre lots clustered into groups of four units and will house up to 60 employees. The inn also plans to add 30 guest rooms, increasing the need for more employees and affordable housing.
