Lancaster County BOS Approves One Solar Project And Rejects Another

The Lancaster County Board of Supervisors approves a solar power project on Harris Road but rejected a similar proposal on Mary Ball Road. According to the Rappahannock Record the approved project met most of the new proposed setbacks outlined in the revised solar ordinance being considered by the county planning commission. The Harris Road site joins one on Ocean Road that had been previously approved.
