KPD To Soon Deploy Body Cameras

Kilmarnock Police will soon be wearing body video cameras now that the Town Council approved the policy for their use. According to News on the Neck the policy was drafted in keeping with the state Department of Criminal Justice Services’ model regulations. With the legal issues resolved the department is now training on using the cameras with a deployment goal date of July 15
