Kilmarnock Town Council Reviews Audit

The Kilmarnock Town Council reviewed the results from its annual financial audit and report at a meeting last month. The Rappahannock Record reports the presentation from CPA Michael Moran of Robinson, Farmer, Cox Associates gave the town’s finances in 2022 a clean bill of health. The audit determined the town’s net position for governmental activities achieved a positive change from the previous year while long-term governmental activities obligations decreased.
