Irvington Lawhakers Hear Comments On Tides Inn Plans

The Irvington Town Council got an earful from residents opposed to a conditional use permit requested by the Tides Inn to further develop the grounds. The Rappahannock Record reports the Inn owners want to add access roads and build several new buildings. A public hearing on the permit is being held by the council and the town’s planning commission at 5:30 p.m. on September 6 at Irvington Baptist Church on King Carter Drive.
