Hometown Heroes banners should be going up soon in White Stone. Town Council member Ann Gardner Eubank, who is the Banner committee chair, recently stated that a change in vendors delayed the arrival of the banners. Thankfully, she said, the new vendor is charging the same price and they’re actually getting banners that will be larger, the same size as the banners on display in Kilmarnock. So far about 17 banners have been ordered and they will be arriving by the end of this month.
