Virginia mental health professionals could have their college debt paid off if a bill in the House of Delegates becomes law. The Center Square reports the measure proposes the creation of a Mental Health Professional Loan Repayment Program for professionals who have worked in the mental health field in Virginia for at least five years. The money would come from federal funds or other available funds.
