Historic Christ Church Hosting Baroque Concert

A baroque quartet from Williamsburg will be performing at Historic Christ Church in Weems on Saturday, April 23rd at 4:00 p.m. This special performance by “The Wren Masters” is entitled “Birdsongs and Music from the Scottish Baroque”. It features a set of baroque pieces imitating bird sounds. A set follows with baroque music from Scotland whose traces can still be heard in traditional Appalachian music.
