A grand jury will decide if child sexual abuse charges against a former Middlesex County school resource officer will move forward. The Southside Sentinel reports the Middlesex Circuit Court Grand Jury will decide next month on charging the 32-year-old man from Urbanna in connection with the incident that occurred in late 2021. The case was investigated by the Virginia State Police, which filed the charges.
