Gloucester County Now A ‘Bee City USA’

Gloucester County is now a Bee City USA affiliate working to sustain pollinators, which are responsible for almost 90% of the world’s flowering plants. According to WAVY the Bee City USA – Gloucester County Committee will meet quarterly to determine how the area can make the locality more pollinator-friendly. The new organization is also planning to spread public awareness encouraging the creation and enhancement of pollinator habitats on public and private lands.
