The Gloucester County School Board conducted a review of Virtual Virginia, the online K-12 instructional platform at a recent meeting. According to the Gazette-Journal the Board looked at results from a survey given to the 13 families who are currently on remote learning. Most said they were happy with the platform while one was not happy. Online learning costs the county $14,000 per student for high schoolers and $7.350 per student for middle schoolers.
