The Gloucester County Board of Supervisors awards a bid for building a new school transportation and bus maintenance facility. The Gazette-Journal reports the board had to increase the facility’s budget by $2 million in order to match the winning $6.9 million bid from Oyster Point Construction. Back in August bids were coming in over budget and the board had to decide how to pay for the additional costs. It decided to reallocate some school funding and possibly borrow from other already-funded projects.
