Gloucester County BOS Amends Inoperable Vehicle Ordinance

The Gloucester County Board of Supervisors makes changes to the ordinance covering inoperable motor vehicles on property zoned for residential or commercial uses. According to the Gazette-Journal the amended ordinance allows for one inoperable vehicle to be on a property provided it is shielded or screened from view. Other inoperable vehicles are allowed on the property so long as they are in an enclosed space. Violators could be fined up to $500.
