Gloucester BOS Approved ’23 Budget

The Gloucester County Board of Supervisors votes to adopt the fiscal year 2023 budget. According to the Gazette-Journal under the $210 million spending plan county employees will get a 5.6%pay increase while school employees would get a 5.9%increase. The tax rate will increase by 3 cents to 72.5 cents per $100 of assessed valuation. The increase was approved by a vote of 5 to 2.
