Former ECSD Staff Member Indicted For Having inappropriate Student Relationship

A former Essex County School Division staff member is indicted for having an inappropriate relationship with a child under the age of 15. According to the Essex County Sheriff’s Office an investigation was started in January after they received a tip about inappropriate communications between a student and the staff member. News on the Neck reports the indictment was unsealed on Wednesday and a trial is scheduled to begin July 26.
