The Daily Press reports that Fancy Flip Flops are coming to the Gloucester library. You will be able to create a masterpiece using ordinary flip flops and plastic ribbons, by turning them into a one of a kind creation by choosing from some showy adornments.
Library officials say that in the past this has been a teen activity, but this year they wanted to let the adults join in the fun too.
Today, at the Main Library, middle & high School students are invited to join the fun at 2 p.m.
Adults can also make it a great after work play time at 6:30 p.m. Just call 804–693-2998 today to register.
If you can’t be there today, the classes will be repeated at the Point Branch Library on Thursday with middle & high School students at 2 p.m. and adults once again at 6:30 p.m. If you have questions are wish to register call 804–642-9790.
