The Town of kilmarnock started work this week on a sidewalk along South Main Street connecting Hatton Avenue to Magnolia Drive.
All work will be in the VDOT right-of-way. The work should take about a month to complete. While crews pour the of concrete, there may be short periods where traffic that cannot cross the fresh concrete. The contractor will notify driveway owners in advance. Town officials appreciate everyone’s patience.
