The town of Colonial Beach inks a property lease deal with its Volunteer Rescue Squad. News on the Neck reports the lease for 700 Colonial Avenue is at a dollar a year for a 40-year term. This is all part of a plan to help the Rescue Squad with relocating to a facility that would allow for overnight occupancy as well as creating a space the community can use for events.
