Bay Transit RCC Scholarship Winner Announced

2022 Essex High School graduate Kenedi Hence is the winner of the inaugural Bay Transit – Rappahannock Community College Scholarship. Bay Transit established the new scholarship fund with funds generated from the annual ‘Art in Transit’ judged competition as well as a $500 match from the RCC Educational Foundation, The scholarship is awarded to one of Bay Transit’s frontline employees, the employee’s children, or employee’s grandchildren, who are, or will be, attending RCC.
