Art In Transit Returns For ’23

Bay Transit and RAL Art Center in Kilmarnock announce the “Art in Transit” competition will return in 2023. According to the Rappahannock Record the award winners will be recognized at a reception from 5-7 p.m. on May 19 at the RAL Art Center. The culmination of the reception will again be the unveiling of a copy of the top entry on the side of a Bay Transit bus. The winning artist also will receive $700.
